We offer the lowest shipping rates possible, using FedEx ground weight based pricing.  Simply add items to your cart and enter your zip code for shipping rates.

Overnight and Two-Day Delivery — Shipping Fee is Actual, Published FedEx Rate

  • No extra charges for handling
  • FedEx rates are based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address
  • Shipments will be delivered Monday through Friday to home or business addresses
  • Express service not available for P.O. boxes

Same-Day Shipping

  • Deluxe (FedEx Ground), Two-Day and Overnight orders for in-stock items received by 3pm Mountain (Mon - Fri) are shipped the same business day
  • Orders received after this time ship the following business day

Direct Shipments

  • Product is shipped directly from the manufacturer
  • Product generally ships 1-2 business days after order is placed
  • Ground delivery only (expedited shipping not available)
  • Orders may not be canceled after placement
  • Direct Ship items are not eligible for return unless defective and must be returned within 30 days in exchange for a replacement item.

Special-Order Items

  • Special-order items are not stocked in our warehouse
  • Product generally ships 7-30 business days after order is placed
  • Orders may not be cancelled after placement
  • Special Order items are not eligible for return unless defective and must be returned within 30 days in exchange for a replacement item.

Returns are easy with our online form

To Return an Item, Please Follow These Steps:

  1. Login to My Account to start your return process. Note: using this online service requires that you log into your account. All returns are processed online. Exceptions include cross-shipment returns (replacement item sent before we receive your return) 
  2. Once you receive your RMA #, write it on the outside of the box & include a copy of your invoice.
  3. Mail item back to us.

Details:

  1. Your return must be within 30 days of shipped date, in new condition and in the original packaging (refunds exclude shipping fees). Defective items returned within 30 days will be replaced at no cost to you - we pay for shipping expenses on the replacement of defectives.
  2. Credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original card. Purchases made with checks, cash, or money orders will be refunded by check.
  3. Gizmode® Innovations is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment.
  4. Clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective and must be returned within 30 days to receive merchandise credit towards a future purchase.
  5. Direct Ship and Special Order items are not eligible for return unless defective and must be returned within 30 days in exchange for a replacement item.
  6. Open Box items are not eligible for return. All Open Box sales are final.

We will process your return within 5 business days. Please allow up to 2 credit card billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
